Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To initiate a cancellation, please email us at info@auxxycera.in or contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If the cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment. Please note that cancellation requests made after dispatch cannot be processed.
Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been processed or manufactured. These include:

For successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. The exact duration may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
