At Auxxy Cera, we take pride in the quality of our bath accessories and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process as outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

We do not accept returns for products that:

  • Have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Are customized or made-to-order.

  • Were purchased during clearance sales, discount offers, or combo deals, unless defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@auxxycera.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, product images, and the reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

In eligible cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item using a reliable courier service. Shipping costs for self-return will be reimbursed only if the product was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process typically takes 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The returned item is found to be used or damaged.

  • The product is returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • The return request was made after the 7-day window.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
